I haven't posted in a while.

I haven't posted in a while, I've been too busy doing stuff, important stuff - well, I cling to the delusion that it's important, even if in the general scheme of things it's sublimely inconsequential. Still, even allowing for relative inconsequentiality, this stuff I've been doing (making babies, doing business etc.) is, almost indisputably, more important than posting crap on this blog. Nevertheless, the veneer of productivity is starting to fade. I feel vaguely depleted by the (relative) absence of the unproductive, inconsequential and irrelevant from my life of late. As of today, I have a hankering to grasp the metaphorical nettle, seize the virtual day and post some more crap.
